Regular Interaction
Connection at Intersure doesn’t stop when the meeting ends. Twice a year, member leaders gather in person at our Principal & Leadership meetings for high-energy discussion. Throughout the year, Practice Groups across lines of business, operations, and infrastructure keep teams at every level of our firms learning from their peers, so the right expertise is never more than a conversation away.
Programs & Services
Our meetings are member-led and shaped by the needs of our firms. Beyond the meeting room, members grow through our members-only Lead Forward leadership series and our Collaborative Learning Portal, and connect anytime, on any device, through our interactive community platform. Each delivers fresh ideas and practical insights that help our members’ teams succeed and better serve their clients.

Nearly 60 years in, Intersure is anything but static. Our programming adapts to the issues that matter most right now, from AI and talent to growth and perpetuation. Our community grows with firms that share our standards and values, and prospective firms are welcome to experience a Principal meeting firsthand. Our members don’t just keep up with change. They help shape it.
Dynamic Leadership
Our leadership comes from within. Our Board of Directors is made up of leaders from our member firms who meet in person and virtually to act on behalf of the membership and shape strategic initiatives for member impact. Working hand in hand with the board, our Executive Director brings that strategy to life, creating the connections, conversations, and programming that make Intersure membership so rewarding.
High Standards
Membership is voluntary and a commitment we take seriously, which keeps our exchange candid and valuable. Every member firm is independently owned, and a firm acquired by another independently owned firm may apply to retain its membership.
Our member firms bring specialized local, regional, national, and international knowledge to serve clients across markets. Clients receive the personal service of an independent brokerage, backed by the experience and connections of member firms around the world.
